It's a (probably ARM) reprint. This one is in the 277, but I've seen it in other cars too. By the way, I calculate that if the perspective is extended correctly, the auto is about 2'3" high.
This is the second car card IPS did featuring one of their big Cincinnati-built interurbans at a "close call." The first one involved a Phaeton or Touring Car full of party goers in a much closer call with the interurban.
That's always good advice. You wouldn't want your little toy car to be run over by a speeding heavyweight interurban.
