Motors for the 24

Tim Peters sent me another update of important progress on #24, our 1898 Chicago gate car:

I worked with Rod and Richard on Thursday to install the motors in 24's truck.  Some axle cap work still needs to be done on one motor, and new spacers will be needed to go with the modified motor nose mounts. Otherwise installation is nearly complete.
