Congratulations!

Congratulations to David Wilkins, a member of our blogging team, on being named Regulatory Counsel to the Heritage Rail Alliance! He will succeed IRM's own Bob Opal, who has long served in this role on behalf of HRA (and its predecessors ATRRM and ARM) dealing with the impact of government regulations on the tourist railroad and railway museum industry. David's appointment was announced here, in HRA's November e-newsletter. The brief bio reveals the wide range of experience David has in the industry: steam at KRM, electric at MOT and IRM, volunteer general counsel for IRM, tourist operations at HVRR. We can't think of anyone better to advise HRA!
