Updates from Doodlebug Gregg

Gregg Wolfersheim (not to be confused with Doodlebug Bob or Doodlebug Dan) sends along some updates on the UP M-35, which is located over in Barn 2, a heated shop area.  He writes:

Randall,  now that it's too cold to work on other projects at IRM, we've moved inside and resumed work on M-35.  Bob Albertson and I mounted a laser level near the front of the roof line. A "target" at the rear is used to determine a level line to reinstall the carlines. Using modern technology we've had some success!

Here is the first carline bolted in. You can see the laser level at the left of the picture. We're hoping to keep each carline consistent, which isn't easy with an 90 year old car!

So congratulations on the successful use of modern technology.  I've still got my measuring sticks and chalk strings, but that's just me.
