Randall, I have a question about another project you have been reporting about. Now that they have started doing wood repairs to the Michigan #28 Interurban; does it mean that they have finished all the steel repairs on the body? It seems like they drove a lot of rivets!
I would say that repairs to the floor of the baggage compartment are complete, and the wood floor is being installed. There's still more steel work to be done on the front wall, and also along the sides.
It's very frustrating, of course, that there were several projects that were making good progress when everything had to be shut down due to the virus. But we're all hoping that work can resume in good time. Meanwhile, we will try to come up with other things to talk about here on the blog. Suggestions are welcome.
