Schmidt - Baltimore

From the Schmidt Photo Collection, Baltimore Transit Corp.

Since I'm not familiar with Baltimore, deciphering some of the inscriptions is a challenge.  Place names I can usually find by looking over a map.  But that doesn't always work.  As an example of what I'm up against, ponder this:

Evidently there was a fan trip on 3/31/63, and it had a name: the mysterious "Evglanson" or whatever it is.  Anybody know?
