When Chicago Car Advertising couldn't get enough paying customers, they'd fill the rest of the slots in the cars with public service announcements. These announcements might tell you to
go to church, buy Savings Bonds, or not to
burn down a forest. In this case, you're told to spend your money with people who advertise on the other car cards. If you do, you're sure to be satisfied. Though I'm not sure why that
fish is smiling....
