Absent being able to expand the Peoria photo to read the number on the Class B; I would suspect it is likely 1569, which was the East Peoria switch engine for years.

That's probably the case. I have the advantage of being able to look at the actual prints with a magnifying glass, but they're still just 3x5s with limited resolution. I can't make the number out for sure, but it's consistent with 1569 (or 1565, etc. etc.)

Unfortunately, its too far under the building to see if it has the raised 3rd pole. I believe 1569 was the only B to have that feature.

Thank you for posting these interesting pictures. Car 535 is lettered for the Chicago Ottawa & Peoria and has an impressive "Illini Trail" logo, so it should be featured in the ICDIV - CO&P section.

I apologize; the last comment on car 535 was from Tony Gura
