Chicago 1939

We received this photo from a friend, who writes:

Got this in an email.  No further identification.

Hey, I'd like to help!   I'm sure I've seen those huge piles of white stuff before...

But seriously, folks, picking up our copy of Lind, we see that the F28 was a double-truck McGuire-Cummins plow built in 1922, belonging to Chicago Railways Company as part of CSL.  I don't see a way to identify the exact location.  Anyway, the use of the wing plow is clearly demonstrated in this picture.  And we can see at least two, maybe three crewmen grinning out the front window, and a couple more of them along the side.  Isn't winter a blast?
