IRM is selling a Miniature Train & Railroad Company G12 train set, pictured above, dating to 1952. It's gas-powered, runs on 12" gauge track, is complete, and ran as recently as 2010. The train is stored indoors (next to the 321, in fact). The picture behind it shows the four restored CA&E wood cars at the Museum, starting with #309, which was built by the Hicks Locomotive and Car Works in 1907.

Our Current Projects
CA&E 36, 308, 309, and 319
For 2024, the 36, 309, and 319 should be available for revenue service. The 308 has a bad motor, but work to make it operational again is underway.
Shaker Heights 18
The 18 is operational; repairs and repainting are now underway.

This car is being repainted.

I guess it was valued too high to sell. I always thought it would make a nice attraction for small kids in a mini-amusement park along Main Street.
