Living next door to a foundry wasn't all that great, and we really needed more room for our growing family. So we talked it over, we looked here and there, but couldn't find what we wanted. Then we looked in the want ads -- and there it was! "152 acres of rural real estate with rail access, zoned industrial. Has commercial possibilities." "That's it!" we said to each other. "All we need to do is move in a few old buildings, put up some storage barns for our huge collection of stuff, lay some tracks to run our trains on, put in some roads, wells, sewers, electrical system, and do some landscaping, and in forty years or so we'll have an estate that will be the talk of the neighborhood, a place we can be proud to show our guests!"
