Blocked By Ice

I didn't go out to the Museum today due to the bad driving weather: snow, sleet, freezing rain, etc.  The TV news was full of tales of woe, including stalled CTA trains, obviously due to sleet on the third rail.  The reporters, though, weren't quite sure what the problem was, and claimed that the "tracks were blocked by ice."  Hey, we've got the solution right here...
