On Tuesday, the 1754 ran itself from the front of Barn 4 around the loop to the pit, so Tim could get a good look at the floor from the bottom. Since I wasn't there, I missed a ride in regal splendor, but that's the chance you take.

You can see where wood has been removed from the roof, and since then, some of the siding and more parts of the roof have disappeared. The poles will be removed shortly.

The yellow sliding door and missing end window were substituted/removed last fall, so that they could be measured for replacements. A complete set of windows has already been made. Today, Tim went shopping for wood for the roof repairs.
