Thanks to Richard Schauer for sending along this update on our CTA trolley bus 9631, which is seeing rapid progress at the paint shop after a period only intermittent activity:
As predicted, work has now entered the "paint prep" phase. The coach was moved in the shop out of the heavy body work area where it has sat since October, and is now being finish sanded to prepare it for priming and painting. The pictures show it having the heavy work at the rear corners DA sanded while I was there.
