#5 Looks a lot like the Lackawanna & Wyoming Valley Railroad (Laurel Line) to me.

Good work, I'm sure you're correct. #23 is, therefore, a 1904 Stephenson.
Picture #1 looks like a Kansas City, Leavenworth & Western Light weight interurban- Mark Sims- Altoona IA

#3 is Valley City Street & Interurban in North Dakota-Mark Sims
#7 looks like Chicago Lake Shore and South Bend cars after the reorganization to the CSS&SB and conversion to 1500v in 1926. -Zach
Most of these have already been identified. #2 is Georgia Power Company and I suspect #8 is Northern Indiana Railway 303. I'm stumped on #6!
