Puzzle from Pennsylvania

I've got more from our recent trip East to report, but meanwhile, be the first one on your block to answer these questions:
1) What's wrong with this lettering?
2) Where exactly was this taken?

Update:  David gets them both correct, right off the bat.  (Maybe I should have said that employees of Hicks Car Works are not eligible, etc.)   Renovo had a large PRR shop faciility, and this coaling tower and two cars are now part of the Renovo Area Heritage Park.  It's an impressive display.

I can at least answer the first one. The "N"s are upside down. It appears to be a concrete coaling tower behind the car.

Isn't there a PRR coaling tower in Renovo, PA. Is that the location?

David was right but he didn't go far enough. The "S"is also upside down.

Great Zeus, I didn't notice the S either. But we're from out of state, what would we know? Thanks, Art!

The letters are also backwards, not just upside down are they not?

Well, sure, they're rotated 180 degrees to be exact. If they were just upside down it would be obviously wrong.
