Close. This picture is actually from Harper's in 1866 and Beebe says it is the first known depiction of a club car. Looks like a good time, even if there are no seats or anything in this converted baggage car. The title is "Here's Jeff, fellows!"
The image in the mirror of Abe Lincoln holding a bottle seems out of place.
That is certainly not Abraham Lincoln; it's just the bartender standing behind the counter, waiting to serve you. A small room has been constructed in the car, against the right side wall, to store the supplies.
