Gregg Wolfersheim provides another update on the IT line car:
The
#1 end motorman's drop sash was refurbished, including the leather strap. Some
neetsfoot oil revived it after 70 years.
The #2 end slider type window opening needed a little epoxy
to fill in a few low spots. Next will be some primer.
The corner post area around the motorman's station on the #1 end also got the epoxy treatment.
