Yesterday we also received a shipment of new brass window lifts, which will be installed in the 319. Thanks to Frank Kehoe and Tim Peters for helping with the communications and taking parts back and forth to the foundry in Chicago. The brass needs to be filed smooth and burnished, but much of that can be done at home as a background activity. Of course, we will also need to pay for them. The total cost will be $660, and you could help with that!
