In the last two photos, spelling is Emeryville. These photos were take at the Key System's shops. The cars in the photos are the collection of the Bay Area Electric Railroad Association, which were stored at the Emeryville shops until the Western Railway Musuem established at Rio Vista Junction in 1960. Sort of WRM's North Chicago. David Johnston

Thanks for the information. Taking a second look, I now think the photographer probably spelled "Emeryville" correctly, but with his handwriting, it's hard to say.
