Schmidt - Lackawanna and Wyoming Valley

From the Schmidt Photo Collection, the Lackawanna and Wyoming Valley, Pennsylvania's copy of the CA&E.  Unfortunately, no equipment from this line survived.

This was one of the earliest Baldwin-Westinghouse locomotives, and operated until de-electrification in 1953.

Miller, 155 Mill St., Pittston, Pa.  I have not been able to find out anything about Mr. Miller, who is probably no longer alive, but these are wonderful little pictures, and carefully labeled.  So look at them while you can.   If E. S. Miller or his heirs and assigns catch up with me, I may be sending you postcards from jail.
