Thanks to Richard Schauer for sending another update of progress on CTA 9631, the trolley bus that is being repainted off-site in Elgin:
A quick update this week. The shop was very busy and packed full of vehicles, so it's no surprise that there was little progress on 9631 this week. But, they appear to have almost finished the curb side; work has not yet started on the back end. The back bumper is pushed in about an inch or so on the curb side, and the panel in front of it is buckled. They haven't solved that yet.
