 Gregg Wolfersheim sends us another detailed update from the M-35:

The left side of the smoker compartment is the next area of attention. Windows 25 and 26 have the trim and tracks removed, ready for refinishing. The lower wall area is exposed, as well as the heater pipes.



This is the area around number 24. It will be stripped too.



Here is the frame for the ceiling vent over the Peter Smith heater room. It sits on top of the ceiling panel and below the actual roof. This one has a sliding door to regulate the amount of draft. As you can see part of it suffers from rot damage.


Two new pieces were applied to rebuild the frame. The vent portion is in the process of being painted.


The joint strip was applied this week between the last two ceiling panels.
