Here are links to two new sites you'll want to explore:

The first is Julie Johnson's new Historical Collection of the CA&E. This has a huge amount of information of all sorts, and more is on the way. I can't recommend it highly enough.

And then there is the Rail and Wire Archives. All issues of Rail and Wire have been scanned in as pdf files. You can spend hours here, too.
